We provide our own soil mix for the specific nutrients that your lawn will require.

A good lawn is only as good as the prep work. Careful time and attention should be taken to prepare the grade for optimal success. Proper nutrient retention properties and water drainage are the two key points to focus on.

At Landscape Design Services, we have our own soil mixing process, enabling us to provide the right soil for the site-specific requirements that your project may require. We can then seed the prepped surface by two different methods: broadcast seeding (casting seed airborne then raking into the soil); or hydro seeding (a combination of water, seed, and paper mulch [usually dyed green] which is then sprayed out of a mixing tank directly into the soils).

Where the right site conditions exist, we also offer sodding services for an immediate effect.

Lawn installation options include:

  • topsoil installation/grading
  • hydroseeding
  • broadcast seeding
  • sodding
